distinct exterior and interior paths
The Eastie Longhouse's walkways are constantly coming into view of each other in passing
but never intersecting; the exterior greenway ramps always move in the
opposite direction of the interior ramps, which in turn constantly wind around each other but never cross.

Reinforced concrete roof trays hold soil for green spaces above
The continuousness of these trays is punctured only by an alternating series of dendriform concrete

Glass Facades allow sunlight to penetrate underground spaces
The gaps where the roof trays pass each other are closed by a large south-facing curtain
wall that enables direct sunlight to enter the most public portions
of the building at the times of year it’s most needed.
